Hello there, crafty friends. Today’s post is a bit different. I’m going to be sharing a project as usual, but I have a few other things to share as well so make sure to read on. First, I want to share a couple of card projects inspired by Jennifer McGuire. If you haven’t seen her video HERE, I highly suggest checking it out. It’s so fun and I loved the idea of a mini...
Inspired By Target
Howdy, crafty friends. One of the most asked questions I receive is, “Where do you find inspiration?”. I find inspiration in so many places that I decided to share a bit more details on my blog posts. Today’s card was inspired by a gift bag I seen at Target (or as I like to call it, my happy place). Here is the bag that caught my eye… I really liked the color combo and...
Inspired by OCC- Card #4
Today’s card was inspired by Day 2 of Clean and Simple 4 class. Kristina shared a fun die-cut technique that I wanted to try… I’ve had THIS stamp set on my desk to use for quite some time and finally got to play with it! I just love that Yeti! I stamped him on to some Neenah White Solar Cardstock using THIS ink. I colored him in with some Copics and cut him out....
Inspired by OCC- Card #3
Hello! I’m back today with another card inspired by Clean and Simple 4 class… The stripes were inspired by Kristina‘s direct to paper inking technique and Jennifer’s ink pattern technique on Day 5 of class. I created the stripes by applying masking tape strips to a piece of watercolor paper. I removed a few strips and inked the rest with THIS ink. After gently removing the masking tape, I was left with some “rough”...
Inspired by OCC- Card #2

Here is my take on it… I used some of THIS yummy cardstock as my base and used THIS die to create a scalloped frame. I heat embossed THIS sentiment in the center using THIS awesome embossing powder. I die-cut three balloons from THIS die using...

Stretching Your Dies
Hello and welcome. Today’s card is inspired by a card set created by the ridiculously talented, Jennifer McGuire. Not only is her work so inspiring, but she is the kindest person you’ll ever meet. You can see her card set and video HERE. Jennifer die-cut all the dies nestled together for her projects and I tried the same technique using THIS Stitched Circle die from Simon Says Stamp… The die comes connected and I hadn’t...
Inspired By Challenge
Welcome. The Little Tangles Blog announced a new challenge today… I thought it would be fun for the design team members to pair up on teams and create cards inspired by each other. Sweet Danielle was my team member and I chose this card she created as my inspiration… …and created this card… I just love Danielle’s CAS style. It’s something that I struggle at. I took inspiration from her and created my scene...
