Today’s card was inspired by Day 2 of Clean and Simple 4 class. Kristina shared a fun die-cut technique that I wanted to try…
I’ve had THIS stamp set on my desk to use for quite some time and finally got to play with it! I just love that Yeti! I stamped him on to some Neenah White Solar Cardstock using THIS ink. I colored him in with some Copics and cut him out. I stamped the sentiment using the same black ink on to a word bubble that I die-cut using THIS die. I replaced the heart with one of THESE hearts. I used THIS stencil to create falling snow in the background using some white embossing paste. I die-cut scalloped strips, adhering them together with a small gap to resemble mounds of snow. I used a hole punch to punch eight small circles that I covered with THIS to create snowballs.
Here’s a closer look…

Hi Heather, thanks for your flickr mail, I answered right away, but it seemed to not have worked…. I answered again, but now I am paranoid… here is my email: [email protected]. Sorry for the difficulties, not sure, what happened. Fabulous card – hilarious, that juggling snowman!
