Howdy, crafty friends. One of the most asked questions I receive is, “Where do you find inspiration?”. I find inspiration in so many places that I decided to share a bit more details on my blog posts. Today’s card was inspired by a gift bag I seen at Target (or as I like to call it, my happy place). Here is the bag that caught my eye…
I really liked the color combo and all the different styles of trees. Here is my interpretation…
I started by stamping trees from THIS, THIS, THIS, and THIS stamp set. I silver heat embossed a sentiment from THIS stamp set on THIS navy card stock. I added a navy blue mat behind the panel before adhering it to the card base. I added a few details to the trees to finish off the design. I added some of THIS to the trees for some sparkle, some of THIS for some shine, and some of THIS to add some dimension.
