Making Spirits Bright Card Kit

Hello, crafty friends. I have two cards to share featuring THIS new card kit…
I decided to use the frames in the kit. For the fist card, I used it to frame a picture of my son…

I love to include a photo in my Holiday cards and his school photo fit perfectly inside some of the frames. I cut the patterned paper and red cardstock with THESE stitched rectangle dies to mat behind the photo frame. I finished it off with a sticker from the kit’s sticker book making this card super quick and easy to put together.

I stamped the flap of the envelope with a sentiment from the kit’s stamp set to tie everything together…

For the second card…

I used  one of the smaller frames as a pocket to hold a gift card. I started by covering a card base with patterned paper, adding a strip of red cardstock and adhering the frame on top adding foam tape to the three sides, leaving the top free so the gift card can slide in and out easily.

I finished off the design with two metallic strips cut from the kit’s specialty cardstock as well as another sticker sentiment.

I added some of the kit’s patterned paper on the inside of the envelope…
