Die Cut Stencil

Hello, crafty friends. I have a colorful Holiday card to share today that features creating a stencil from a die…

To create this card, I die cut THIS die from white cardstock. I laid it on top of another A2 panel of white cardstock and used it as a stencil to apply ink through. I masked off each tree and used a different color of ink on each one. Next, I embossed the inked piece using THIS embossing folder to add texture. I spritzed it with THIS to add some shine. I trimmed down the piece slightly and adhered it to a side folding note card. I finished off the design with THESE stars on top of the trees and one of THESE sentiment strips.

Here’s a closer look at that shine…
I also embossed the flap of THIS white metallic envelope to tie everything together…
I hope this inspires you to create a stencil from your die.

Thanks so much for joining me today. Happy crafting!
