Follow the Rainbows Card Kit

I started by white heat embossing the main image from the kit’s stamp set on one of the rainbow papers in the kit. I added a white mat to the sides of the piece and adhered it to a blue note card that I stenciled clouds on using the kit’s stencil. The kit also comes with four mini inks. I used the blue for the clouds in the background as well as stamping a coordinating sentiment. I used the same stencil to create clouds on the envelope flap to tie everything together…

I finished the card with some enamel hearts as well as THIS and THIS for some sparkle and shine. Since the paper is coated, when you add THIS to the top, it sits on top instead of absorbing right away. It does take time to dry, but when it does, it gives a “wet” look that is perfect for the umbrella top…
