Valentine’s Day Treats

Hello, crafty friends. I’m back to blogging and sharing some gift giving ideas for Valentine’s Day using products from THIS  release…

For the treat bags…

I stamped and colored images from THIS stamp set and used THESE coordinating dies to cut them out. I die-cut THIS treat bag die from colored card stock and applied ink through THIS stencil on the front panel. I die-cut one of THESE hearts from THIS vellum. I adhered the critters to the vellum hearts and adhered them to the gift bag. I added a tag from THIS die to the handle after I white heat embossed a sentiment from the same stamp set. I filled the bags up with chocolate kisses. This size gift bag is also perfect for gift cards.

For the candy bar…

I white heat embossed THIS background stamp on a piece of black card stock. It measures 6 x 10 inches. I wrapped it around the candy bar and added another vellum heart to the center as well as some critters like the treat bag. I finished it off with a few heart embellishments and stamped a sentiment inside the balloon image. Such a quick and easy way to dress up a candy bar.

I hope this inspires you to create some handmade touches to your Valentine treats.
