Simon Says Wednesday Challenge: Party Time

Hi there, crafty friends. It’s been so fun being a December guest over HERE on the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge Blog.

It’s the last challenge of the month (because Christmas is next week) and the theme is Let’s Party featuring Simon Says Stamp products. Here is the card I created…

I die-cut a circle to create a window on a white 4.25 x 4.25 panel. I used THIS die to create a black ring to adhere around the circle. I stamped the candle image from THIS stamp set and colored it with Copic Markers. I used THESE coordinating dies to cut it out. I die-cut THIS die on a white panel and used THIS ink to add color to it.  I adhered all the pieces to a square note card and stamped a few sentiments from THIS stamp set.

I used THIS on the candles and THIS on the flames for some shine.

Here’s a closer look…

Now it’s your turn! We would love to have you join in on the fun and create a project for this week’s them and share it HERE. You have until January 1st at  8am Ohio time. 1pm UK time, 2 pm CET to join in. That’s two weeks for this challenge because of Christmas.

Also, the generous folks at Simon Says Stamp will be giving away a $50 voucher to one randomly selected winner. You can enter 5 times which means you can make 5 different projects following this week’s prompt and have 5 chances to win a shopping spree.

Thank you so much for visiting today. I hope you can play along HERE with the challenge.
