Hello there, crafty friends. I’m back with more inspiration from THIS new release from Simon Says Stamp…
To create this card, I started by applying ink through THIS stencil on a white panel. I adhered it to an A2 sized black panel. I stamped the sentiment from THIS stamp set on a die cut balloon (an older SSS die). I tied a string to the bottom of the balloon and adhered it to the background. I stamped the dog image and party hat from the same stamp set and colored it in with Copic Markers. I used THESE coordinating dies to cut them out and added them to the bottom of the card.

I also applied ink through that same confetti stencil on the flap of the envelope to tie everything together…
