STAMPtember Blog Party

Hi, crafty friends. The STAMPtember fun continues and I’m thrilled to share a couple of cards as part of Simon Says Stamp’s STAMPtember Blog Party. You can find all the details about the party HERE. Let’s get this party started with some party critters…

I love stretching my stamps and for today’s card, I did just that with a border stamp…

I started by stamping the border of animals image from THIS stamp set four times, masking off the end two animals with THIS masking paper before stamping. I love the new look you can get by stamping a border of images multiple times.

I colored one in realistic colors…

…and one in more playful colors..

I stamped the middle with more sentiments from the stamp set as well as one from THIS stamp set. I added THIS to the critter’s eyes and THIS to the balloons for some shine. I rounded the corners with THIS and adhered them to a square card base.

I’ve also shared more inspiration HERE using STAMPtember products. Don’t forget to check the Simon Blog HERE for all of the party information.

But wait, there’s more! I have a special code for you…

Use Code DDR597 and receive a FREE Dancing Deer Die with any purchase! I love this die and shared a project using it HERE

Thanks for stopping by. I’ve linked to the new STAMPtember release as well as supplies used on today’s cards.
