Hi, crafty friends. Today’s card stretches the use of THIS alphabet die set…
I really like alphabet sets because you can customize your sentiments or even use them on kid’s school projects. Instead of cutting apart the individual letters, I decided to keep the majority of them in tact and create a simple background. I ran the whole piece through my die-cut machine after inking up the panel with some Distress Oxide ink blending. I adhered black card stock to the back of the opening of the letters and added the cute cat image from THIS stamp set on top. I cut a heart for him to hold using THIS die and finished off the card by adding a white heat embossed sentiment from the same stamp set.
I hope this inspires you to use your alphabet dies or smaller dies and create a custom background.
Thanks for visiting today. Have an awesome day.
