I die-cut the pink background using THIS die and stamped THIS background with red ink. I added a black mat behind the pink piece and adhered it to a 5 x 5 white note card. I die-cut THIS otter and one of THESE hearts and assembled all the pieces. I cut a slit at the bottom of the pink panel for the otter to pop out from.
