Teacher Card

Hi there,  crafty friends. I’m back today with a teacher card…

If you follow my blog at all, you know that I’m a big fan of teachers. They deserve to be spoiled and I created a card to do just that. My son’s kindergarten teacher is amazing and I want to remind her of that. I think a card is a great way to show appreciation.

I started by stamping all of the sentiments from THIS stamp repeatedly with a light ink to create a background. I die-cut the entire panel with THIS die, tied some twine around the side, and adhered it to a gray note card using fun foam in between to add dimension. I stamped, colored, and cut out the teacher image from the stamp set and adhered it to the center of the card. I added THIS to the teacher’s glasses for some shine.

I also stamped the inside of the card and had my son sign it…

I also stamped the flap of the envelope…

I added a Starbucks gift card on the inside too.

I hope this has inspired you to spoil a teacher in your life. Thanks so much for joining me today!

What an great way to show honor and appreciation to a teacher. I love it. They deserve so much more than they get for what they do so I’m sure she appreciated it so much. Thanks for sharing your card and the inspiration. 🙂
