Hi! Last week I mentioned that I would be sharing more ideas using the new Simon Says Stamp June Card Kit. I shared a couple cards already (that can be found HERE) and now I want to share a couple of teacher gifts…
First up is ice-cream treat bags. We all scream for ice-cream, right!? The Doodlebug Papers included in the kit are awesome because they have a few sheets filled with squares of cute images. I simply cut them out and punched a hole to make a tag. Super simple…
So what’s inside these cool treat bags?
A gift card to UDF (a local convenient store with the best ice-cream) and a bowl and spoon to go with the theme and make it pretty (they were free since I bought the gift cards…score!). I also covered a piece of chipboard with some of the adorable patterned papers in the kit. I did this to give it a sturdy base for the bowls to sit on.
Here’s another fun gift that I whipped up that would be perfect for a teacher gift, or for an office worker, or bus driver,…you get the point…
I picked up a few smiley face cookies at a local bakery and packaged them in clear treat bags. I stamped the front of the bags with a sentiment from THIS stamp set that is included in the kit. I used Staz-on white ink since it was a slick surface…
The kit also comes with some rainbow washi tape and I used it to seal up the bags…
Again, very easy and so darn cute.
I hope this has inspired you to create a fun little gift for a special person. It’s a simple way to spread a little sunshine.
Thanks so much for stopping by!
