STAMPtember 2023

Happy STAMPtember, crafty friends! If you are unfamiliar with STAMPtember, it’s a month long celebration of stamping and crafting hosted by Simon Says Stamp. There is so much fun in store for this month but let’s start with a Halloween card I created with THIS STAMPtember release…
To create this card, I started by die cutting THESE strips from black glossy and white cardstock. I used the back side of each strip that picks up the texture of my die cut plates. I thought the look worked well with the Halloween theme. Instead of inking up the stamps from THIS stamp set like I normally would, I swiped the ink on the stamp to add a bit of texture to the image. I die cut the images using THESE coordinating dies. I also stamped the pumpkin image using white ink to create a ghost. I love stretching the use of my stamps to get more looks from them. I added THIS die cut sentiment and finished off the images with google eyes…

I also applied ink through THIS stencil on the flap of the envelope and sprayed it with THIS to add some sparkle and shine…

Thank you so much for stopping by. Happy STAMPtember!
