I started by ink blending a panel with Peacock Feathers and Mermaid Lagoon Distress Oxide Inks. Once dry, I stamped THIS stamp with Versamark ink. I applied Mermaid Lagoon and Peacock Feathers Embossing Glazes to each section and matching up the ink blending colors.
After heat setting, it creates an awesome tinted shine…
I finished off the card with an image and sentiment from THIS stamp set and used THIS coordinating dies to cut them out. I added one of THESE to the back of the image to add some movement to resemble swimming.
