Hello there, crafty friends. I’m back with more inspiration from THIS new release by Simon Says Stamp…
To create this card, I started by applying pink ink through THIS stencil on a pink piece of cardstock. I started with a darker color along the bottom of the pattern and a lighter on top. I also spritzed a small amount of water on top of the ink for some added texture. I die cut THIS scalloped die and used it along the bottom to resemble grass. I stamped the main image from THIS stamp set and colored it in with Copic Markers. I used THESE coordinating dies to cut it out. I die cut THIS sentiment from black glossy cardstock and used vellum for the shadow. I also added glossy accents just to the heart above the critters to make it stand out.
Here’s a closer look…
I applied ink through the same stencil on the flap of the envelope to tie everything together…
Thank you so much for stopping by. Happy crafting!
