For the background, I applied THIS ink through THIS stencil on this card stock. I white heat embossed a sentiment from THIS stamp set in the large heart and die-cut THIS gnome die from colored card stock. I’ve been using THIS small die-cut machine for smaller die-cut projects and I love it. It’s nice to sit on my desk and cuts great.
To make the die-cuts pop, I added some ink to the edges and well as some shading with Copic Markers. This makes such a big difference… 
I also added some of THIS and THIS to the hearts for some shine. I adhered the panel on a white top folding note card.
