Hello. The Little Tangles Challenge Blog just announced a new challenge and it’s all about gift giving. I needed to make a bunch of quick Christmas gifts for some of the staff at my son’s school…
I started by cutting THESE scalloped rectangles from white cardstock. I applied some of THIS with THIS stencil to create some snow and add texture. I used THIS stitched slope die to create a hill slope on the bottom of the panel and stamped the sentiment from THIS set on top. I stamped the adorable bunny from the same stamp set and colored all the images with copic markers. After cutting them out, I adhere them to the panel with one of THESE action wobblers just for fun. I added THIS to the ski’s for some shine and adhered everything to one of THESE 4 bar note cards. I finished it off by rounding the bottom corners with THIS.
Now for the gift giving part on the inside…
I die-cut the same scalloped rectangle from pink cardstock and stamped a sentiment from THIS stamp set. I adhered the top and bottom only to the inside of the card and slipped a gift card inside.
I also decorated THESE envelopes to tie everything together using THIS stamp set and THIS ink…
I hope this has inspired you to create a simple gift card holder. You can find more about the Gift Giving Challenge HERE.
We would love for you to play along.
Thanks for stopping by. Have a great day.
