Look for the Rainbows Encouragement Card

Hi, crafty friends. One of my favorite types of cards to make is encouragement cards. I believe a card can put a smile on the face of someone who is going through a hard time. I like to make them bright and happy…
To create these cards, I stamped the unicorn image from THIS stamp set on the bottom of an A2 white panel. The grass didn’t go all the way across like I wanted, so I masked off the unicorn on the stamp and just inked up the grass portion and stamped it along the empty space. I colored in the unicorn image with Copic markers and then stamped the unicorn image on masking paper. I cut it out and placed it on top to protect it from the ink blending.

I applied ink through THESE rainbow layering stencils towards the top of the panel. I masked off the top of the grass and ink blended the grass area and then masked the grass to do the sky. I added some clouds with THIS stencil. I finished off the card with some sentiment strips from THIS sentiment pack.

Here’s a closer look…
I also ink blended the envelope flap and sprayed it with THIS for some sparkle…
Thank you so much for stopping by today. Happy crafting!
