Hi, crafty friends. I love creating shaped cards for something fun and unexpected. THIS new rainbow die from THIS new release makes it so easy…
I started by die-cutting THIS rainbow card base. I die-cut an extra card base for each card, cut them apart and adhered them to the back of each main card base to add more stability.
For the first card, I die-cut the rainbow pieces from patterned paper and the cloud pieces from THIS white fun foam…
I added a heart to the center for the die set and stamped a sentiment from THIS stamp set on it…
A peek of the inside. Plenty of room for a note to the recipient. These cards would also make great lunch box notes!
For the second card, I die-cut the rainbow pieces from glitter paper…
I added a sentiment banner from THIS new stamp set…
I hope this inspires you to create a shaped card design.
Thanks for spending some time here today. I’ve linked to the new release below as well as supplies used on today’s cards.
