Introducing Taylor’s Take

Hello, friends. I’m excited to bring you a new feature to my blog called, TAYLOR’S TAKE. Let me introduce you to my niece, Taylor…

Taylor is twelve years old and loves to craft. She is so talented and comes over to play in my studio often. I thought it would be fun to give her certain products to get creative with and share her “take” on them.

First up is a card that she created using THIS kit and was inspired by THIS card of mine….

I love the dimension of the butterflies…

Next up is a card she created using THIS stamp set. She was inspired by THIS flamingo card of mine…

She used THIS and THIS color of Distress Ink with THIS stencil to create that fun background…

She also chose one of THESE printables to color. These are GREAT for kids and can easily be grabbed for on the go coloring. Taylor used Distress Inks to watercolor the images and flicked water droplets on it to create those bleached effects….

I love spending time with her and watching her face light up when she learns something new. I hope this inspires you to get your kids involved with your crafting.

Thanks so much for stopping by. I will be sharing more projects from Taylor in the future. Stay tuned.
