Hi, crafty friends. Today’s card uses a few new products from THIS new release by Simon Says Stamp.

""

I’m a big fan of the Picture Book Animals. Simon has added a few more to their collection in this release. THIS Otter, THIS Squirrel, and THIS Lion. For today’s card, I die-cut the Otter twice and adhered them to a background piece cut with THIS die. I used THIS on the eyes and nose to make them stand out. I applied THIS Distress Oxide ink to the background and spritzed on water for some added interest. I die-cut THIS new woodgrain die to create a log for the otters to pop up out of. I trimmed down the die-cut piece to fit my card size and backed it with some lighter brown card stock that you can see through the grain.

I die-cut THIS friend die from THIS card stock three times and adhered them together for a dimensional embellishment and white heat embossed a coordinating sentiment under it from THIS stamp set. I finished it off with an enamel heart embellishment and adhered the whole piece to a 4 Bar woodgrain patterned card base.

You can check out the entire collection HERE. I’ve linked to all the products from the release below as well as supplies for today’s card.

Thank you so much for joining me. Happy Crafting!
