Hello. I’m back with more DieCember inspiration using another Story Book die from Simon Says Stamp. If you follow my blog, you probably know I’m a big fan of the story book die collection. I’ve made several cards using them. Click HERE to see yesterday’s post featuring the penguin story book dies and click HERE to see another previous story book animal project.

Today’s card uses THIS cute moose…

As soon as I saw him, I knew I wanted to hang something from his antlers. I used THIS stamp set to stamp the strings and the ornaments. I used a rainbow of Simon inks to add color to the ornaments and used THIS to add some shine.

I used THIS patterned paper to cut the moose out. Remember, you can use other materials besides regular cardstock. I’ve even used felt in the past to create some pandas. You can see those cards HERE.

Here’s a closer look at the card…

It’s hard to see in the photo, but I dry embossed THIS rectangle frame with THIS embossing pad to add a bit of interest.

Thanks for stopping by today. I’ll be back tomorrow with more DieCember inspiration as part of a fun blog hop.
