Hello. As I mentioned yesterday, I’m the November Guest Artist over on the Skipping Stones Design Blog. Click HERE if you missed that post. I’m part of another blog hop today showcasing another stamp set that was just released….

I used the Hearty Hello Stamp Set to create three cards. I thought I would create a card set to give to

a friend as part of the Sharing Handmade Kindness Challenge (check out the challenge HERE). To create the watercolor look behind the sentiment, I stamped the sentiment with Distress ink first and then sprayed it with water.
Isn’t that big, bold sentiment stunning? I just love this stamp set. There’s also a large thanks sentiment in the set. I finished off the cards by stamping a tone on tone background using THIS background stamp and finished it off by adding some black hearts cut with THIS die (the same die I used for the oval pieces). I used some of THIS on top of the hearts for a bit of shine…

One more thing I wanted to share…I like to stamp on the back of the card as well. In this case, I just continued the background pattern from the front of the card to tie everything together…
