It’s the most wonderful time of the year! STAMPtember<\/a> is finally here. I will be sharing lots of inspiration this month, but wanted to kick off the party by sharing a card created with THIS<\/a> stamp set…<\/p>\n

\n<\/a><\/div>\n

I stamped the fairy image using THIS<\/a> ink and then clear heat embossed it. I did this because I used THESE<\/a> watercolors to color in the image and the heat embossing helps keep the colors separate. I heat embossed a sentiment using THIS<\/a> silver embossing powder and added the fairy on top using one of THESE<\/a> action wobblers so she looks like she’s flying. You can see it in action HERE<\/a>.<\/p>\n

To create the background, I used THIS<\/a> new “Believe” die and embossed it repeatedly on a piece of THIS<\/a> cardstock using THIS<\/a> embossing pad in my die-cut machine. I love the subtle texture it gives…<\/p>\n

\nI finished off the card by flicking on coordinating watercolor drops on the background and adding lots of Wink of Stella to her wings for some shine. I adhered some of THESE<\/a> tiny stars around the sentiment and added THIS<\/a> silver sparkle paper as a mat to add some more sparkle. <\/div>\n
