It’s here! It’s here! DieCember is here! I’m thrilled to be celebrating the latest release from Simon Says Stamp. There are so many great dies in THIS release. I have several projects to share over the next couple of days but I wanted to start the party off with this card…

I die-cut THIS and THIS out of some DIY rainbow pattern cardstock. I applied some of THIS to a piece of THIS white cardstock and adhered small strips of colored cardstock on top. You could do this with any color combo you want or even patterned paper.

After adhering the pieces on THIS note card, I die-cut a sentiment from THIS die set out of white cardstock and adhere it under the bunny and bear images…

This is such a sweet and simple card that I wanted to do something special with the envelope to tie it all together. Instead of die-cutting the same word die out of the envelope flap, I embossed it using THIS embossing pad in my die-cut machine. I did the same thing with the heart images from THIS die set underneath the sentiment…

You can use any die to cut or emboss out of the flap of an envelope to make it extra special…

Thanks for stopping by! Happy DieCember!
