Spring has Sprung Card

Hello, crafty friends. Today’s card background features the debossed side of the embossing folder pattern. I tend to always use the raised side of the embossing folder pattern so I thought it would be fun to switch it up and use the other side of the patten.
To create this card, I started by embossing a teal piece of cardstock with THIS embossing folder. I actually used the debossed side where the pattern is pushed down instead of raised. I like that it gives a different look. I ink blended around the edges and then sprayed it heavily with THIS spray.

I love the shine it gives and how the product settles into the grooves of the debossed side…

I die cut THIS adorable bunny and adhered it to the center of the card along with some of THESE hearts and THIS sentiment that I white heat embossed.

I embossed the flap of the envelope to tie everything together using the raised side. It’s shows the difference between the two sides of the folder…
I hope this inspires you to experiment with your embossing folders.

Thanks for stopping by. Happy crafting!
