To create these cards, I applied ink through THESE layering stencils on an A2 piece of white cardstock to create a background. I started with a heavy hand towards the center of the flower and got lighter towards the tips of the petals. For the flower centers, I used THIS gold gel pen. Next, I dry embossed THIS frame die around the background using THIS embossing mat in my die cut machine. I finished off the cards by die cutting THIS die from gold matte cardstock and vellum for the shadow die.

I stenciled just one of the large flowers on the flsp of the envelope to tie everything together…

It’s so easy to make multiple cards using layering stencils. I created this set for my future daughter-in-law’s wedding shower. It was part of the prize basket for the shower games.
