Hi there, crafty friends. Today’s card set features THIS new Card Kit…

To create these cards, I started by stamping THESE images on pieces of watercolor cardstock. I inked them with the kit’s stamp mini cube colors and then spritzed them with water before stamping to enhance the watercolor look. I flicked on the silver splatter from the kit. I trimmed down the sides of the panels and adhered them to white top folding note cards.
I love unique card openings so I cut the front panel of the card at an angle…

…and added a thin silver cardstock strip along the cut for a more finished look.
Next, I adhered the remaining stamped piece directly down to the inside panel of the card…

I finished off the cards by adhering a stamped sentiment from THIS stamp set (not included in the kit) and used THESE coordinating dies to cut them out. I used the kit’s foam squares to adhere them with dimension…
Here’s a closer look…

I hope this inspires you to create a card set with a unique opening.

Thank you for joining me today. Happy crafting!
