Hello, crafty friends. I have a fun interactive card to share today…

To create this card I started by applying purple and pink ink through THESE layering stencils to create a background. Next, I die cut THIS track from the background. I adhered the positive pieces directly to the background which was created from a piece of holographic cardstock. Next, I stamped and Copic colored THESE robot images and used THESE coordinating dies to cut them out. I added two of THESE to the back of each robot and tucked them under the stenciled background panel. Make sure to use two or the robots will spin around. I wanted them to go only up and down so that’s why I added two discs.
I adhered down the stenciled panel using foam tape for the dimension. Make sure to leave plenty of room around the track openings so the robots can move freely. I finished the card with a white heat embossed sentiment from the same set on black cardstock.
Here’s a closer look…

When the recipient moves the card, the robots slide up and down…

I also used the same stencil and applied ink through the heart portion only on the flap of the envelope…

I hope this inspires you to create an interactive card.
Thank you for joining me today. Happy crafting!
