May Your Holiday Be Bright Card

Hi there, crafty friends. Today’s card creates a scene out of a large die cut cover plate word…

To create this card, I started by die cutting THIS cover plate from white cardstock three times and adhered them together. I also cut it from THIS masking paper. I applied the mask of the center of the O in Joy on a white A2 panel. I ink blended on top with blue Distress Oxide inks. I spritzed it with THIS for some shine. Next, I removed the mask and added the rest of the mask pieces around the O so I could ink blend it with yellow ink. I was trying to create a night sky scene with a full moon. I stamped THIS reindeer image and colored it with Copic markers. I used THESE coordinating die to cut it out. I adhered the image in the center of the O as well as a sentiment from the same stamp set. I finished off the design with a sprinkling of THESE stars cut with THIS holographic paper.

Here’s a closer look…

I also embossed the flap of the envelope with THIS embossing folder…
