Happy STAMPtember, crafty friends! If you are unfamiliar with STAMPtember, it’s a month long celebration of stamping and crafting. There is so much fun in store for this month but let’s start with a card I created with THIS STAMPtember release by Simon Says Stamp that features lots of stamping…
To create this card, I started with the background. I covered a side folding white note card with patterned paper (an older one from Lawn Fawn), a strip of white cardstock to resemble a baseboard, and THIS specialty woodgrain cardstock for the floor. Next, I stamped the images from THIS stamp set, colored them with Copic Markers, and used THESE coordinating dies to cut them out. I was inspired by the colors in the patterned paper and carried them into the coloring.
I adhered the pieces to the background and added some of THIS on certain items for some shine…
I embossed the flap of the envelope with THIS embossing folder to tie in the flowers in the background…
