To create this card, I swiped Blue Distress Oxide Ink on the flat part of THIS embossing folder and spritzed it with water. I placed a piece of white cardstock on top and ran it through the die cut machine. I like the watercolor look it gives to the background. Next, I die cut the coordinating hot air balloon dies from colored cardstock and ran them through the embossing folder to add the details. I added a bit of ink to the edges and spritzed them with THIS shimmer spritz to add some interest.
I adhered the die cuts directly to the background covering up the embossed hot air balloons except for the dark pink balloon. That one I adhered down with one of THESE to make it move and resemble flying…

I finished off the design with a sprinkling of THESE hearts cut from THIS holographic cardstock. I also added THIS printed sentiment that was cut with THIS coordinating die.
I embossed the flap of the envelope with THIS embossing folder…
