Teacher Thank You Card

Hello, crafty friends. Even though summer is over, I always like to stock up on teacher thank you cards to have on hand for the upcoming school year.

To create this card, I started by white heat embossing THIS background on kraft cardstock. I trimmed it down and added a white and black mat around it. I adhered the entire piece to a side folding note card. I stamped the same background on red cardstock using red ink and die cut THIS heart from it. I adhered it in the center, matching up the words. I stamped the image from THIS stamp set and colored it with Copic Markers. I used THESE coordinating dies to cut it out and adhered them in the center of the heart.

Next, I die cut THIS pencil die from white cardstock, and embossed it using the matching embossing folder to add details. I colored in the pencils with Copic Markers and stamped a sentiment on the pencils from the same stamp set. I finished off the card by adding some glossy accents to make some details shine…

I embossed the flap of the envelope with THIS die using THIS embossing mat in my die cut machine…

Thanks for joining me today. Happy crafting!
