Merry Christmas, crafty friends! I just wanted to say thank you for all of your support this year. I hope you have a wonderful Holiday Season and a Happy New Year.
To create this card, I masked off a square in the center of the card and applied Distress Oxide ink in the open area on a blue A2 panel. I sprayed it with THIS to create a focal point. I ran the panel through my die cut machine with THIS die using THIS embossing mat. This will make an impression of the die rather than cutting anything. I love the texture it adds…
Next, I die cut THIS snowman from colored cardstock and black glossy cardstock. I adhered it to the inked square and added a white heat embossed sentiment below from THIS stamp set. I created the frame by die cutting THIS rectangle die from the center of an A2 panel of THIS woodgrain cardstock. I cut a total of three and adhered them together for extra dimension. I finished off the design by adding a few snowflake embellishments.
I embossed THIS cover plate die on the flap of the envelope using the same embossing mat in my die cut machine that I used for the background.
Thank you so much for stopping by. Happy crafting!
