Hi there, crafty friends. Today’s card features THIS adorable new card Kit from Simon Says Stamp…
To create this card, I started by covering a side fold white note card with one of the kit’s patterned papers. I die cut another one of the kit’s patterned papers with THIS die and then embossed it with the kit’s embossing folder. I added a black cardstock mat behind it and adhered it to the card base. I die cut THIS glitter paper with the same stitched rectangle die and THIS die to create a snowy hill. After adhering the hill along the bottom, I stamped the Yeti image from the kit’s stamp set. I colored in the image with Copic Markers and fussy cut it out.
I adhered the image on the card with an action wobbler (included in the kit) so it would move and shake. You can see it in action over on my Instagram HERE.
I stamped and fussy cut the balloon images and white heat embossed a sentiment. I finished off the design with a few snowflake embellishments.
I also embossed the flap of the envelope with the same embossing folder to tie everything together…
