Birthday Party Hats Card

Hello again, crafty friends. I have a birthday card to share today…

To create this card, I started with the background. I applied white pigment ink through THIS confetti stencil on a piece of neenah desert storm cardstock. I wanted the colors of the confetti to be vibrant so I like to put a layer of white down before putting dye ink on top. Next, I die cut the panel using THIS stitched rectangle die and adhered it to a side folding note card. I die cut THESE party hats from Concord & 9th cardstock to coordinate with the ink colors, adhere them on the confetti panel and added a stamped sentiment from THIS stamp set.
I finished off the design by applying THIS shimmer pen on top for some shine.

Here’s a closer look…

Thank you for stopping by. Happy crafting!
