Hi there, crafty friends. I’m always looking for a special way to present a gift card and today’s card is a great example of how to incorporate a gift card into your card design…
To create this card, I started with the background. This is a 4 Bar Sized card so it measures 4 7/8 inches x 3 1/2 inches. I repeatedly stamped the two small star stamps on a kraft background using clear ink. I stamped the coffee cup image from THIS stamp set, colored it with Copic Markers, and cut it out. I white heat embossed a sentiment from the same stamp set along the bottom of the die cut rectangle. I stamped the steam above the coffee cup with clear ink.
I adhered the piece down on the background using strips of cardstock stacked. I adhered them only on the top and bottom of the piece, leaving the center free to slide a gift card in…
I also stamped the small star image from the stamp set on the envelope to tie everything together.
Thank you so much for visiting today. Happy crafting!
