Be Creative Release

Hi there, crafty friends. Today’s cards features products from THIS new release by Simon Says Stamp…

To create these cards, I stared with the backgrounds. I hot foiled THIS Mini Slimline Falling Confetti hot plate using THIS rainbow glimmer foil. I did this on THIS smooth white cardstock as well as THIS black specialty cardstock. (If you are new to Hot Foiling, I share a video on the process HERE if you want more information.)
I  used THIS stitched rectangle die to cut out the panel. I stamped and Copic colored THESE images and used THESE coordinating dies to cut them out. I stamped sentiments on the balloons form THIS new sentiment set. I also added one of THESE pre printed sentiment strips along the bottom of each card. I adhered each panel to a blue notecard base.

This was my first time using THIS specialty black cardstock with foiling. It gives such a cool look!

I also love making cards with a similar design but changing up the orientation. Here is the vertical design…

Also, you can see in the first picture that I stamped on the envelopes using THIS stamp set to tie everything together.
