To create the card, I die-cut THIS die from the front of a smoke colored card base. I added a layer of THIS acetate between layers of the window panes. I added one of THESE sentiments along the bottom and added THESE dies on top along with the heart from the Chilly & Breezy set.

Speaking of the windows, I applied THIS to the bottom of each windows to resemble ice…
For the inside, I stamped THIS snowflake background on a piece of patterned paper and spritzed it with THIS for some added sparkle. I added a snowbank along the bottom using THIS die with THIS specialty cardstock. I added the Chilly & Freeze snowman on top along with a heart from the die set. They were all cut from glitter cardstock.
