Hello again, crafty friends. I have a couple of last minute gift card boxes to share that is perfect for dressing up gift cards…
I started by die-cutting THIS gift card box die from patterned paper and colored cardstock. I also used the rectangle dies in the die set to cut a window from he center of each. The box is so easy to put together. You just reinforce the score lines and adhere glue to the four taps on each corner, fold in, and adhere. I added a piece of acetate on the inside of the top of the box behind the opening to create a window.
For the second first gift box, I just added a gift card to the bottom…
For the inside of the second box, I added candy canes to one on top of the gift card. I love how deep the box is so you can add other items if you want…
To decorate each box, I stamped the images from THIS stamp set, colored them with Copics, and cut them out with THIS coordinating die set. I adhered them to the front of each box.
Once the gift cards (and candy) are removed, the greeting is revealed…
I stamped the sentiment from the same stamp set and used the coordinating die to cut out the “Sweet” word and used the banner in the Gift Card Box die set to cut out the remaining part of the sentiment.
This is definitely my most favorite die to create a gift card box. So quick and easy…and cute!
Thank you so much for stopping by. I’m so grateful for your support. Happy Holidays!
