Hello there, crafty friends. I have a birthday card to share today…
I started by creating the background. I applied ink through THIS stencil using a rainbow of inks. Next, I adhered the background to a black card base. I added small strips of holographic paper along the top and bottom of the panel using THIS die. It creates the perfect thin strip. Next, I stamped the balloons from THIS stamp set three times and used THIS coordinating die to cut them out.
I adhered the balloons to the confetti background. I adhered the first two directly on the background and added a few more die-cuts behind the last set of balloons before adhering them on for some added dimension. I finished off the card by adding THIS die cut word.
I paired up the card with one of THESE holographic envelopes…
