Let’s Chill Release

Hello again, crafty friends. Simon Says Stamp has a new release HERE and today’s card features the Beach Hut stamp set.
To create this card, I ink blended a slimline background using Distress Oxide inks. I sprayed it with shimmer spritz to add some more texture. I die-cut the piece using the Slimline Marquee die. I adhered it to a white slimline note card. I added a strip of neenah desert storm cardstock along the bottom to resemble sand.
Next, I stamped and Copic colored several images from THIS stamp set. I used the coordinating dies to cut them out and adhered down the pieces to make a scene. I finished off the design by stamping a sentiment from the stamp set and the bad images with black pigment ink.

I love to add crystal glaze to the images for some shine and to catch the recipient’s eye.
