Hello, crafty friends. Today’s card features THIS new card kit from Simon Says Stamp.
I started by adhering one of the patterned papers to the front of a slimline card base. I added a strip of pink cardstock along the bottom to cover the area that the patterned paper didn’t cover. I die-cut the Big Picture Book Bear and Big Picture Book Hugs die. I added a party hat using the patterned paper in the card kit and adding a circle on top stamped from the kit’s stamp set. I die-cut a pink balloon from the kit’s balloon dies and stamped a sentiment on it. I added a string to the balloon and tied it to the bear’s arm. I finished off the design by adding stamped sunglasses from the kit’s stamp set and a gift using more of the patterned paper.
