Hello, crafty friends. I have several cards to share today featuring THIS new release from The Ink Blot Shop.
The first card is a slimline card featuring the new Little Notes stamp set…
To create this card, I stamped three of the note images and stamped sentiments on them from the Little Notes stamp set. I added a few accents to stamp around the sentiments with colored ink and fussy cut the notes out. I added a marker image from the Arts & Crafts Icon stamp set and adhered them down to a slimline card base that I covered in patterned paper.
Here’s a closer look…
I stamped the flap of a slimline envelope with the Sprinkle Hearts Background…
For the next card…
I applied white pigment ink through the Drips & Splats stencil and added clear embossing on top and heat set for some shine to resemble glue. I added a note from the Little Notes stamp set and a glue bottle image from the Arts & Crafts Icon. I added an action wobbler to the glue bottle so it would wiggle and move.
I applied white ink through the same stencil on the flap of the envelope to tie everything together…
The next card is a Mini Slimline Shaker Card…
I started by white heat embossing the Sprinkled Hearts Background on a black mini slimline panel. I used recycled packaging plastic and adhered it to the back of the panel on three sides. I left the top open to add heart sequins and then sealed it shut. I added that to white mat and then to a red panel. I stamped, colored, and cut out the hearts from the Venn Diagrams Stamp set. I gold heat embossed a sentiment on the hearts and adhered it down to the plastic using strong double sided tape.
I also stamped the inside using the same stamp set..
I stamped the flap of a mini slimline envelope using the Sprinkled Hearts Background.
For the last card…
I stamped another note from the Little Notes stamps set and added ink blots from the Arts & Crafts Icons stamp set. I added the girl artist image from the Little School stamp set as well as a checkerboard floor from the Get Grounded stamp set. I added the panel to ta black panel and some crystal glaze to the ink blots for some shine.
I stamped an ink blot image from the Arts & Crafts Sentiment stamp set on the front of the envelope. It’s a great place to write the recipient’s address…
