I started by stamping the Tossed Hearts Background on to a piece of coral card stock using white pigment ink. Once it was dry, I cut it down into four squares and adhered it to top fold white note card. I stamped and colored the images from the Love Day stamp set and used the coordinating dies to cut it out. I stamped the “Let’s Party” on the inside of the heart from an older Simon Says Stamp Birthday Sweets stamp set. I die cut the Birthday die from teal and white card stock and using a pre printed sentiment strip to finish off the sentiment. I added some crystal glaze to the balloon for some shine.
