Hello, crafty friends. It’s time for another STAMPtember collaboration stamp set. This time it’s from Colorado Craft Company…
I started by stamping the background with the Friendship Text Background and die-cut it with the Wonky Rectangles Die. I die-cut the Stitched Arch die from white card stock and stamped the mice image from the Life Happens stamp set and colored it with Copic markers. I stamped it again on masking paper, cut it out, and used it to cover the image. I inked over it using the Slimline Sun Rays stencil in a rainbow of saturated ink from Simon Says Stamp. This was my first time using this ink. It blends so nice and the colors are fantastic! I used Simon’s new small blending brushes to get in to the tight areas easily.
I stamped a coordinating sentiment and added a few enamel hearts to the sun rays…
I also stamped another mouse image on the inside…
…and stamped on the flap of the envelope to tie everything together.
