Hi, crafty friends. It’s time for another STAMPtember collaboration stamp set…
How cute is this stamp set from Art Impressions!? I used it to create an interactive card…
I started by stamping the ladies from the Hug in the Mug stamp set towards the bottom of a white panel. I colored the image with Copic Markers. I stamped snowflakes from the Feline Like Christmas Spinners stamp set around the image and die-cut the slit from the Simple Slider die above the image. I stamped a coordinating sentiment on a heart die-cut and added it below the slit. I decorated the slider part of the Simple Slider die using patterned paper and a tab die-cut. I stamped “pull here” from the Push Here stamp set and pulled it through the slot.
I adhered the panel down with the slider in place using foam adhesive. I placed a strip under the sliding portion to create a stopper as well as on the sides, leaving space for the slider to move freely. I also rubbed my anti static powder bag along the sides of the foam adhesive before pulling the release paper off to remove any stick.
When the recipient pulls the tab, a gift card is revealed…
