To create this card, I started with the background. I stamped the checkerboard pattern from the On the Ground Background stamp along the bottom of a slimline card panel. I colored in some of the pattern with Copic Markers. I masked off the pattern and applied a rainbow of inks through the Slimline Confetti stencil. Next, I stamped the layers of cake on colored card stock and cut them out. I also stamped the cake stand and candles and colored those too. I stamped a coordinating sentiment on one of the layers of cake from the same stamp set.
